EBM

Extrusion Blow Molding

Ideal for large-scale production of containers, fluid reservoirs, and industrial housings. Highly cost-effective for complex profiles, internal channels, and parts with varying wall thicknesses.

IBM

Injection Blow Molding

Best suited for high-precision, small-to-medium-sized hollow parts requiring tight tolerances on neck finishes, thread geometry, and seamless surface finishes with zero scrap flash.

SBM

Stretch Blow Molding

Used primarily for PET components where high optical clarity, superior impact strength, and stringent barrier properties are mandatory, such as pressure vessels or transparent enclosures.

Resin Selection Guide

HDPE / LDPE

Step 01

Design for Manufacturing (DFM)

Thorough engineering review of your 3D CAD files (STEP/IGES) to detect draft issues, parting line placement, blow-up ratios, and pinch-off integrity prior to cutting steel.

Step 02

Tooling Development

Machining prototype aluminum tooling for rapid design verification and low runs, or hardened steel production tooling for long-term dimensional repeatability and high output.

Step 03

Secondary Finishing

Complete secondary operations including automated deflashing, CNC drilling for mounting bosses, pad/silk printing, ultrasonic welding, and final hardware assembly.
